Everything you need to know about our delivery methods and times.
Delivery methods
We offer two delivery methods:
Home delivery by Colissimo and UPS to the delivery address indicated. In case of absence, your package will be dropped off at the nearest relay point. Deliveries to Corsica are only made by Colissimo. For international, delivery is standard by Colissimo, linked to your local postal service.
Relay point delivery "Relais colis" (France and Belgium) and/or "Mondial relay" (Europe) by choosing this method at the time of your order.
Delivery costs
Standard — France: free from €65, otherwise €5.
Standard — Europe: free from €99, otherwise €8. Non-EU: free from €125, otherwise €15.
Standard — International: free from €150, otherwise €25.
Express — France: €8 additional.
Express — Europe: €12 additional.
Express — International: €30 additional.
Express delivery guaranteed for any order placed before 7:30 PM, Monday to Thursday (excluding public holidays).
Delivery times
France — Standard: 72 hours (business days). Express: 24 hours (business days).
Europe — Standard: 5 to 8 business days. Express: 1 to 3 business days.
International — Standard: 14 to 21 business days. Express: 2 to 5 business days.
Delivery times are indicative and take effect the day following the shipping date.
Order tracking
As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also track progress via your customer account in the "Track my orders" section.
If you haven't received your package after 7 days and no delivery notice has been left, check the status on the carrier's website or contact our Customer Service.
