By creating an account on maison-château-laguiole.com, you can:

• Easily manage your personal information
• Create your wishlist to find your favorite products
• Use our MCL 3D Workshop for your online product creations and customizations
• Check your orders, returns and repairs at any time
• View your registered products under the Privilege Member Program

To create your customer account on maison-chateau-laguiole.com, enter your email address in the "My Account" section which becomes your identifier and fill in the required information in the form.

If you already have an account, log in to the "My Account" section with your email address and password.

You can also access your personal account via Google, Facebook, X or WeChat.

To change your password, log in to your account with your identifier and password. Once logged in, go to the "My personal data" section where you can enter a new password.

Identifier

Your identifier is the email address you used when registering.

Password

• Go to the "My Account" section and click on the "Forgot password" link
• Enter the email address associated with your account. You will receive a link to reset your password
• Click the link in the email to access the reset page
• Choose a new secure password and confirm it
• Log in with your new password

If you don't receive the reset email within a few minutes, check your junk/spam folder before contacting us.

Creating a customer account is not mandatory to place an order. You can complete a purchase as a guest.

If you wish to create a customer account, you can do so after validating your order. However, if you want to keep your favorites or your online product creations (customizations or configurations), creating an account is necessary.

To find your favorite products, log in to your customer account. Your favorites are saved in your account and remain accessible even after logging out, in the "My Wishlist" section.

To add a product to your wishlist:

• Go to the desired product page
• Click the heart icon to add it to your favorites
• Find all your saved products in the "My Wishlist" section

To create a wishlist:

• Go to the "My Wishlist" section of your account
• Click "Create my wishlist"
• Name your list and add the desired products

To remove a product:

• Go to "My Wishlist"
• Click the heart icon again to remove it from the list

To find your online customizations or creations, log in to your customer account and go to the "My Creations" section, which groups all the customizations and creations you have validated.

Once validated, a customization or creation is final and cannot be modified. If adjustments are needed, you will need to start a new customization from the beginning.

We recommend carefully checking all details before validating your order.

Once you have registered your product by scanning the QR code on the back of your member card and created your customer account, you can access your product at any time in the "Privilege Member Program" section of your account.

To edit your personal information, log in to your account and go to the "My personal information" section. Edit your data in the desired fields and confirm your changes.

You can also delete your account by clicking "Delete my account" in the "Account settings" section. If you delete your account, all your personal information, orders, favorites and customizations will be permanently deleted.

You can subscribe to the Maison Château LAGUIOLE® newsletter by entering your email address in the "Newsletter" section at the bottom of the page. You will then be informed of our exclusive offers and news.

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the newsletters you receive.

You can also unsubscribe by going to the "My Newsletter" section in "Account Settings", after logging in.

Your personal data is kept and used solely within the framework of our commercial relationship and to improve your customer experience. It is neither resold nor used for commercial purposes.

For the strict needs of managing commercial relationships, this data may be shared with our service providers, as well as LIGNE W group companies, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
