Returns

In accordance with our Terms of Sale, returns are accepted within fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the product, provided the products have not been used, are in their original intact box, and include the return slip downloadable from your account.

Products made to your specifications or clearly personalized (engraving, custom configuration) cannot be returned.

Online orders cannot be returned to a partner store. Please follow the online return procedure.

Refund with store credit: if you paid with store credit, the refund will also be in store credit.

1. Log in to your account and go to the "Orders" section

2. Select the relevant order and click "Create a return"

3. Select the product(s) to return

4. Choose the reason for return, refund method and carrier

5. Validate the return request

6. Print and insert the completed return form

7. Carefully pack the product(s) and ship the parcel following the instructions provided

Refund: in accordance with our Terms of Sale, the refund is made within fourteen (14) days of the notification of your withdrawal, using the same payment method as the one used for the order.

Store credit: valid for 1 year, non-refundable after expiration.
