Our service
At Maison Château LAGUIOLE®, each piece is designed to last. To preserve their elegance and functionality, we offer a maintenance and repair service, subject to the availability of materials and necessary parts.
Our master cutlers can perform various interventions, such as polishing, sharpening or complete restoration of your knife.
How to make a request
1. Fill in the online form by clicking "Request a repair"
2. Attach clear photos of your product and a copy of your proof of purchase
3. Send your request by email or postal mail
4. Our team performs a thorough assessment and sends you a detailed quote
5. Repair begins after receiving the product, quote validation and payment
Quotes based on photos are provided for information only. Only the workshop assessment allows for a final quote.
Shipping costs (both ways), as well as any customs duties, are the customer's responsibility.
Warranty coverage
Products covered by the Maison Château LAGUIOLE® warranty benefit from specific coverage. The warranty applies to products purchased on our website or from retailers in our network.
To benefit from the warranty: fill in the online repair form, attach a copy of your proof of purchase and provide clear photos of the product.
