In the gift box of each Château LAGUIOLE® knife and sommelier corkscrew, you will find a member card with a QR code that allows you to guarantee the authenticity of your Château LAGUIOLE® and benefit from a lifetime warranty under the Privilege Member Program.

Eligibility conditions: only Château LAGUIOLE® products purchased after January 1, 2018, directly from Maison Château LAGUIOLE® or an authorized retailer, are eligible for the Privilege Member Program.

To benefit from the Privilege Member Program, follow these steps:

1. Scan the QR Code: use your smartphone or tablet to scan the QR code on the back of the member card

2. Enter your information: once the page opens, fill in the required identification details

3. Confirmation: warranty registration is confirmed upon receipt of an email at the address you provided

You have 2 months from the date of purchase to register your product and benefit from the lifetime warranty.

If you cannot scan the QR code, you can request registration:

• Via the Warranty/After-Sales return form available on the website

Please include in your request: your complete contact details, the product reference, the date of purchase, a copy of the QR code and the purchase invoice.

The warranty period begins from the product registration, carried out within a maximum of 7 days after receipt of your request.

Failing online registration, only the legal warranty will apply.

The lifetime warranty is reserved for natural persons.

Registration of your product is required to benefit from the lifetime warranty of the Privilege Member Program.

You must register your product within 2 months of the date of purchase to benefit from the lifetime warranty.
