Château LAGUIOLE® Versailles sommelier knife – Versailles Juniper An exceptional French heritage The Château LAGUIOLE® Versailles is far more than a sommelier knife: it is a true treasure of French heritage. This exceptional model is crafted from historic woods from the gardens of the Château de Versailles, notably trees felled by the storm of 1999 as well as the precious Marie-Antoinette oak, lost in the heatwave of 2003. These trees were between 221 and 324 years old. Its lever bears the fleur-de-lys, emblem of the Kingdom of France. The sommelier knife is adorned with the iconic forged bee and decorative guilloché work for a unique and refined finish.
